2. General information
We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide this website, to respond to enquiries or on the basis of your consent. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent), (b) (contract/pre-contractual measures) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
4. Server log files
When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted or anonymised after retention period per host, e.g. 7 days.
5. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies of its own. We only store your choice in the cookie banner in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so that the banner does not reappear on every page. This storage is technically necessary (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Details can be found in our cookie policy.
7. Fonts
The fonts used are stored locally on our server. No connection is made to servers of Google or any other provider.
8. Contact form, email and phone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, email address, phone number if provided, travel dates and message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a booking, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. To protect against spam, the form uses an invisible check field and a time check; no additional personal data is collected in the process.
9. Online booking via DIRS21
For online bookings we link to the DIRS21 booking system (add provider and address). The provider's booking page only opens when you click a booking button. The data you enter there is processed to carry out your booking (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The provider's privacy notice also applies. check data processing agreement with DIRS21
10. Google Maps
On the contact page you can load a map from Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only loaded after your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). In doing so, your IP address and usage information, among other things, are transferred to Google and possibly to servers of Google LLC in the USA. You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
